Securely pack the items in their original manufacturer packaging, ensuring all bolts, manuals, and accessories are included to avoid restocking fees.
Attach Shipping Label
Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then affix it clearly to the largest flat surface of your equipment box.
Drop Off and Track
Leave your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed once our warehouse verifies the item condition.
